Call for applications for GP2025 Sessions' Organizing Teams

UNDRR is pleased to announce that the Call for 2025 Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction Session Organizing Teams (OTs) is now open from 24 June 2024 until 5 July 2024 (11:59 pm CET).

The Eighth Session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (GP2025) will be convened and organized by the UNDRR and hosted by the Government of Switzerland on 2-6 June 2025.

The GP Sessions' Organizing Teams are multi-stakeholder and inclusive mechanisms that help shape the Global Platform's substantive discussions through their collective thought leadership and expert advice. Organizing Teams will be constituted for each High-Level Dialogue and Thematic Session and the deadline to apply for a spot on an Organizing Team is 5 July 2024.

Detailed information on the eligibility to apply, application and selection process, and the Organizing Teams' expected scope of work are included in the Call for Applications for 2025 Global Platform Session Organizing Teams, and its annex, GP2025 Topics for High-Level Dialogues and Thematic Sessions.
